SSup is built on a simple principle: your ideas belong to you — not to us, not to our AI systems, and not to any third party.
This page explains, in plain language, how SSup protects your intellectual property across Spark creation, collaboration, and execution.
1. Your ideas remain yours — always.
Anything you create, upload, type, or generate inside SSup is your intellectual property.
SSup never claims ownership over your Spark Record, artifacts, drafts, or any materials you generate.
2. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Your Spark Record is never used to train, tune, improve, or augment AI systems — not ours, not third-party models, not partner models.
Your work stays private, isolated, and under your control.3. Your Spark Record is encrypted and access-controlled.
Every idea is stored in an encrypted, governed workspace.
Only users you explicitly authorize can view or collaborate. Permissions are granular, role-based, and revocable at any time.
4. You control what collaborators can see.
When you invite outside partners, advisors, or counsel into a War Room:

They do not gain access to your full Spark Record

They only see the specific content you choose to share

5. The provenance ledger protects your authorship.
SSup automatically records:

7. You choose when to collaborate.
Collaboration is always opt-in. Nothing is shared without your explicit action — not even with SSup staff. There are no “public ideas,” and no unintentional sharing.
8. You can export everything at any time.
Your entire Spark Record and evidence bundle:

9. You can delete your data at any time.
You may request deletion of:

Provenance ledger entries related to legal accountability (NDA actions, intentional approvals, etc.) may persist as permitted under the Terms, but your content is deletable.
