• Provenance ledger entries (timestamps, versions, authorship labels)

• Collaboration and NDA configuration settings

This data is encrypted and never used to train any AI model.
C. Usage Data

• Log files

• Generate Spark Records and provenance logs

• Support collaboration and NDA-restricted Workrooms

We do not:

• Share Spark Records with third parties

• Preserve Spark Records and provenance logs that form part of a legal chain-of-custody

• Uphold NDA-based confidentiality or contractual obligations

• Maintain the integrity of multi-contributor IP assets
