Innovation requires trust. SSup operates on a single principle: your ideas belong to you — not to us, not to our AI systems, and not to any third party.
1. You retain ownership.
Anything you create, upload, type, or generate inside SSup is your intellectual property.
SSup does not claim ownership of your Spark Record, drafts, artifacts, or outputs. We provide structure and governance. You retain rights.
2. Your data is not used to train AI.
Your Spark Record is never used to train, tune, or improve AI models — whether ours or third-party systems.
Your work remains private and isolated.
3. Your workspace is controlled by you.
Each idea exists within a secure, access-controlled environment.
You decide:

How long access lasts

Collaboration is intentional and revocable.
4. The provenance ledger protects authorship across the full lifecycle.
From Spark capture at the moment of creation through refinement, execution, and into build, legal, and market paths, SSup preserves a continuous provenance record.
This includes:

Timestamps

Human and AI contributions (clearly distinguished)

Draft progression

Approvals and recorded actions
Ownership does not reset as ideas evolve or move toward real-world outcomes. The ledger maintains a continuous chain of custody that supports IP validation, legal review, technical build, and investor diligence.
5. Spark Scores support your evaluation — not ownership.
Your sBuild, sMarket, and sPatent scores:

Are calculated only within your workspace

Grant SSup no rights over your idea

Exist solely to help you assess structural strength and readiness
They are advisory tools, not ownership mechanisms.
6. Nothing is shared without your action.

There are no public ideas.

No automatic exposure.

Collaboration requires your explicit decision.
7. You can export or delete your data.
Your Spark Record can be exported for backup, legal, or business use.
You may request deletion of your account and content at any time.
Certain ledger entries related to legal accountability may persist as permitted under the Terms.
8. This page explains our philosophy.
